A Legacy of Barbecue

BBQ runs deep in James Anderson’s blood. As a third-generation pitmaster and son of America's Rib King, Famous Dave Anderson, James grew up surrounded by the rich aroma of slow-smoked meats and the joy of backyard BBQ gatherings. Inspired by his grandfather, Jimmie Anderson, he set out to perfect his family's recipes and bring world-class BBQ to Minnesota and Wisconsin—served up fast and fresh.
